-Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via all credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, only
Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received (if COD is not chosen)
-Shipping & Delivery
We ship products worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error will not be eligible for refunds.

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
